This Privacy Policy applies to all users and visitors of the site https://polymex.ind.br and integrates the site's General Terms and Conditions of Use https://polymex.ind.br, duly registered with the CNPJ No. 32.071.027/0001-61located in  Rua José Ademir Zago Filho, nº 200 Ibiporã – PRhereinafter referred to as Polymex Ind. e Com. de Embalagens Ltda.

This document has been drawn up in accordance with the General Data Protection Act (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais). 13.709/18), o Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law 12.965/14) (and EU Regulation 2016/6790). In addition, the document may be updated as a result of any regulatory updates, which is why the user is invited to consult this section periodically.

  • When a user and visitor accesses the site: information on interaction and access is collected by the company through the Google Analytics tool to ensure a better user and visitor experience. This data can cover the keywords used in a search, page views, the URL from which the user and visitor originate, the browser they use and their access IPs, among others that can be viewed in general, without individual identification, through the Google Analytics tool.

SECTION 3 – WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT THE USER AND VISITOR?

The personal data collected from users and visitors is as follows:

  • Details for contacting the company via the form: e-mail, full name, city and state of residence and telephone number.
  • Data for optimizing navigation: keywords used in a search, page views, the URL from which the user and visitor come, the browser they use and their access IPs.
  • Sensitive data: the site may have access to sensitive user data, such as: ethnic or racial origin, political opinion, religious conviction, genetic data, health data, sexual orientation; if the user informs these types of data in the "Message" field, when filling in the contact form on the page https://polymex.ind.br/contato

SECTION 4 – FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE THE PERSONAL DATA OF THE USER AND VISITOR?

User and visitor personal data collected and stored by the website https://polymex.ind.br its purpose:

  • User and visitor well-being: improving the product and/or service offered, facilitating, speeding up and fulfilling the commitments established between the user and the company, improving the user experience and providing specific functionalities depending on the user's basic characteristics.
  • Improving the platform: understanding how the user uses the platform's services, to help with business and technical development.
  • Ads: display personalized ads to the user based on the data provided.
  • Commercial: the data is used to personalize the content offered and generate subsidies for the platform to improve the quality of the services.
  • User profile prediction: automated processing of personal data to evaluate use of the platform.
  • Contract data: to give the parties legal certainty and facilitate the conclusion of the deal.

The processing of personal data for purposes not provided for in this Privacy Policy will only take place with prior notice to the user, so that the rights and obligations provided for herein remain applicable.

SECTION 5 – HOW LONG IS PERSONAL DATA STORED?

The personal data of the user and visitor is stored by the platform for the period necessary for the provision of the service or the fulfillment of the purposes set out in this document, in accordance with the provisions of section I of the article 15 of the Law 13.709/18.

Data can be removed or anonymized at the user's request, except in cases where the law provides for other treatment.

Furthermore, users' personal data can only be kept after the end of its processing in the following cases provided for in Article 16 of the aforementioned law:

I – compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation by the controller;

II – study by a research body, guaranteeing, whenever possible, the anonymization of personal data;

III – transfer to a third party, provided that the data processing requirements set out in this Law are complied with;

IV – exclusive use of the controller, with no access by third parties, and provided that the data is anonymized.

SECTION 6 – SECURITY OF STORED PERSONAL DATA

The platform undertakes to apply technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access and from situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or dissemination of such data.

The platform is not exempt from liability for the sole fault of a third party, such as in the event of an attack by hackers or crackers, or the sole fault of the user, such as in the event that they themselves transfer their data to a third party. The site undertakes to notify the user in the event of any breach of the security of their personal data.

In the event of a merger or sale of the platform to another company, user data can be transferred to the new owners so that the services offered can continue.

SECTION 12 - JURISDICTION FOR CONFLICT RESOLUTION

For the settlement of disputes arising from this instrument, Brazilian law shall apply in full.

Any disputes must be brought before the courts of the district where the company's headquarters are located.
