This data can cover the keywords used in a search, page views, the URL from which the user and visitor originate, the browser they use and their access IPs, among others that can be viewed in general, without individual identification, through the Google Analytics tool.
SECTION 3 – WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT THE USER AND VISITOR?
The personal data collected from users and visitors is as follows:
- Details for contacting the company via the form: e-mail, full name, city and state of residence and telephone number.
- Data for optimizing navigation: keywords used in a search, page views, the URL from which the user and visitor come, the browser they use and their access IPs.
- Sensitive data: the site may have access to sensitive user data, such as: ethnic or racial origin, political opinion, religious conviction, genetic data, health data, sexual orientation; if the user informs these types of data in the "Message" field, when filling in the contact form on the page https://polymex.ind.br/contato
SECTION 4 – FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE THE PERSONAL DATA OF THE USER AND VISITOR?

- User and visitor well-being: improving the product and/or service offered, facilitating, speeding up and fulfilling the commitments established between the user and the company, improving the user experience and providing specific functionalities depending on the user's basic characteristics.

- Commercial: the data is used to personalize the content offered and generate subsidies for the platform to improve the quality of the services.

II – study by a research body, guaranteeing, whenever possible, the anonymization of personal data;
III – transfer to a third party, provided that the data processing requirements set out in this Law are complied with;
IV – exclusive use of the controller, with no access by third parties, and provided that the data is anonymized.
SECTION 6 – SECURITY OF STORED PERSONAL DATA
The platform undertakes to apply technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access and from situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or dissemination of such data.
The platform is not exempt from liability for the sole fault of a third party, such as in the event of an attack by hackers or crackers, or the sole fault of the user, such as in the event that they themselves transfer their data to a third party.
